Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package; otherwise, it will be presumed that you have accepted the delivery.

Hardware Refunds Will Be Done In The Following Cases :

• Packages lost in transit.
• In case we discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
• Refunds will be made in customers online wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

No Refunds Will Be Given In The Following Cases :

• Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
• Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
• After 3 failed delivery attempts by our courier agencies
• Package refused by the recipient.
• Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
• If the product is not faulty or damaged.

Product Exchange

• If customer receives a wrong item, an item they didn't order, they are eligible for an exchange.
• After receiving the returned item and verifying the issue, the entire amount will add into the customer's wallet.
• The customer can use this amount for their next purchase on the website.
• The customer can exchange or return the products in 3 days after shipment delivered.
• After 3 days you are not eligible for return or exchange.
