This Terms of Use Agreement (Terms) governs your use of the site and software oMunim.com or omunim.in or OnlineMunim.com and its sub-domains (the “Sites” and each a “Site”), sub-products and OnlineMunim.com (the Service) as either a registered or unregistered user. The Terms are an agreement between you and Online Munim. By accessing the Sites and products as an unregistered or registered user, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Sites. If you register to use the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority if it is higher than 18 in your jurisdiction and you expressly accept these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and print a copy for your records.

Online Munim may, in its sole discretion, change or amend these Terms and conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be posted on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites, Products and Service following notice of such changes will mean you accept any such modification. If you do not agree to any such changes, you must (as your sole remedy) immediately stop using the Sites and Products, Software’s and the Services. Any attempt by you to modify these terms is void. If you are register with Online Munim or using Online Munim services or products convey that you read and accept all the terms and conditions of the Online Munim.

Third Party Content and Services

In our sites and software we have used content from other portals and websites, we are not liable for any wrong information or content. You are solely responsible to use these content or information in your business. Online Munim is not responsible for your use of third-party services. Linked websites are not under the control of Online Munim, and Online Munim is not responsible for the accuracy or content of such websites. Online Munim makes no representation concerning the terms of use, privacy policies or content of these sites to you. If you decide to access linked third party websites, you do so at your own risk.

Limited Warranty Statement

The warranty of this product hardware is valid for a period of 30 days commencing from date of purchase. During warranty period, Online Munim will replace or repair the product parts thereof in the event that the product found to be defective, Online Munim will replace the product dongle only one time, after one time replace if product found to be defective in that case customer has to pay the product dongle charges. The warranty in respect of a repaired or replaced product shall extend for the remaining warranty period of the repaired product or replacement.

The Consumer shall have no coverage or benefits under this warranty in the event that any of the following conditions are applicable:

  • The product has been subject to abnormal use or conditions, improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture or dampness, exposure to excessive temperatures, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, damage of product, abuse, accident, spills of food or liquids, improper installation and breakage.
  • All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal customer use.

In any circumstances after the sale of the product, product will not be return back by Online Munim. In case loss or misplace of the product device, Online Munim will not be responsible for any kind of liability and Customer has to purchase a new device in that case. As well as Online Munim will not be responsible for data of the customer loaded into device. In case of any defect in product, customer has to send the defected device to Online Munim Customer Care Center or send to registered office, whatever expenses has to be paid by customer. Software Services Statement

All the versions of a particular product will be provided by free of cost for one year from purchase date to all the customers till the life time of the particular product development. Which product you have purchased only those product versions will be provide for you free of cost for one year from the purchase of the software. For other product versions or updating products customer has to pay the amount or charges of that new product. For example, if customer brought OMUNIM 1.0.1, then he will get all the version of OMUNIM 1.0.2 like free of cost. For OMUNIM2.0.1 he has to pay the new product charges. If any kind of programming error comes or any wrong data shown, Online Munim will not be responsible for any kind of loss of your business or wrong data display. Online Munim will not be responsible for customer data backup, customer will take care of their own about software backup and restore.

Updates and Upgrades Software (New Releases or New Versions)

To receive and use an Upgrade version, Customer must pay the applicable annual fees for that Upgrade and agree to Online Munim terms and conditions governing the use of that Upgrade. There is no specific time period defined for new releases or updates, whenever Online Munim feel to change or modify the existing software, will launch new release or update of the software. In new releases of the software, Online Munim may consider customers suggestions or ideas, all the decisions will be the sole property of the Online Munim. If customer require specific changes in software, has to pay the modification or updating changes. Online Munim collect suggestions or ideas from our existing customers and then select the suggestions or ideas, which are generic and useful for product. After that divide all ideas as priority wise and then implement them in upcoming releases of the software.

Software License Validity

Software license is valid for life-time of the software product cycle, from the date of purchase the software. But every year, customer has to renew the AMC. Every year customer has to pay the annually charges before the expiry date to get technical support and new software updates. After one year or without renewable period, any circumstances your software will stop working, then to get support from our team you need pay the support charges to renew your support service. Software license is valid for life-time of the software product cycle (till the time company develop or provide the support for that product). Once the company will stop the working on the same product then company will not liable to provide any kind of support and service. For Online Software, after the 15 days of expiry date, your software all the data and entries will be delete automatically. Note - In case AMC not renewed by the customer, we are not responsible for the data and anything happen to the product.

Note : In case AMC lapse, you need to buy new fresh copy of the software.

Technical Support Services

Technical Support Services means the provision of telephone or web-based technical assistance by Online Munim to Customer s technical contact(s) with respect to installation, Errors and technical product problems, at the corresponding Support Services level purchased by Customer. Technical support provide only those customers they paid the annual support charges, after the expiry Online Munim will not provide any type of support.

If anytime software stop working, or due any technical error you will not able to use the software. In all these types of issues you need to contact with support team and in case your support time has been expired then you need to renew the support account and update the software. In case, your support time has been expired then we are unable to provide you the customer support.

Virus Attack Or Data Loss

Company is not responsible for any virus attack in your system, also not responsible in case you will loose your data by any reason. Customer has to take care of the data by his/her own methods. We can help them to get their data back.

Software Disclaimer

Online Munim provide web products and services. All softwares and services are undergone without any warranties. Online Munim assumes no responsibility or liability for the use of the software, conveys no license or title under any patent, copyright, or mask work right to the product. Online Munim reserves the right to make changes in the software without notification. Online Munim also make no representation or warranty that such application will be suitable for the specified use without further testing or modification. Online Munim are not responsible for any type of hardware failure or data loss, in case any thing will happen to customer date or system, Online Munim will not take responsibility.

Online Munim will not responsible for your business transactions or your business loss, charges or amount customer will charge from their customers. Online Munim will not involve in any legal or non-legal activity for customers. Online Munim End customer are solely responsible for their business. If any legal action or raid will be taken against your business or firm, you will be solely responsible for that, Online Munim will not take responsibility.

No Money Refund Policy

We do not offer product return and money refund. Once you pay the amount, amount will not refund in any circumstance.
